All of our headboards come with an extended 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee for added peace of mind. The guarantee covers manufacturing faults and defects under normal domestic use.

  • Storage in unsuitable conditions such as damp areas or direct sunlight
  • Alterations or modifications

  • Failure to follow care or installation instructions

If any issues arise during the guarantee period, our customer support team will be happy to assist.

Delivery

This product includes free two man premium white glove delivery. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and your order will be processed within 24 hours. We will then email you with details of your appointed delivery partner.

Once the delivery partner has received your order in full, they will contact you via email and SMS within 48 hours to arrange delivery. You will receive a 3 hour delivery time slot the day before delivery, and on the day of delivery you will also receive a tracking link with live tracking. The delivery team will call around 30 minutes prior to arrival.

If the proposed delivery is not suitable, it can be declined at no extra charge, and the delivery partner will do their best to accommodate your needs.
