What happens after I place my order? You will receive an email confirmation immediately. We review every order and will contact you if anything looks unusual before we begin crafting your bed.

Do you offer price matching? We aim for the best value. We may consider matching prices for like-for-like products from other online retailers, though this is not guaranteed for local store prices.

Do you remove my old mattress or base? Yes, via our Recycling service. We’ll provide a 3-hour SMS time slot the day before. If you’ve ordered a new mattress, we ensure it arrives before the old one is collected.

When will my order be delivered? Check our Delivery Terms page for lead times. Our courier will contact you the day before delivery and provide a call 30 minutes before they arrive at your door.

What if I’ve ordered the wrong item? Simply reach out via phone or email, and our customer care team will assist in amending your order details.

Is the bed assembled on delivery? Beds are pre-assembled where possible for ease. Assembly typically takes under 10 minutes, and clear instructions are included.

Do you have a showroom? Yes! Our factory showroom is in Morley, Leeds. You are welcome to visit, see the beds being made, and enjoy some tea and biscuits with the team.

Can I pay when my order arrives? All orders must be paid in full to start production. Delivery is included, and you will never be asked for extra payments upon arrival.

Can you hold delivery until I am ready? Yes. You can lock in today’s discount and we will store your order until you are ready for delivery. Just leave a note at checkout or email us after ordering.

How long do I have to return an item? You have 14 days for returns on unused/unassembled items. Mattresses must remain in their original plastic for hygiene reasons. Custom made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
